Our team provides quality, hands-on swim lessons for all ages, focusing on safety, development, and creating a fun learning environment.

We offer courses to train and develop lifeguards which includes the following courses: Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, and National Lifeguard.

Our Master Swim program is perfect for individuals aged 16 and above. These group-based classes focus on swim development through stroke improvement and endurance training. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping you correct stroke positions, increase your swimming speed, and reduce drag resistance. Join us and take your swimming to the next level.

Our Blue Hawks Team is a provincially recognized competitive water polo team. Our team focuses on creating a supportive environment to foster skill development. Team members will learn basic dribbling, water passes, and the rules of water polo. Water polo is offered for participants over 10 years old.

Swim Team is an introductory program to competitive mechanics. Participants will be part of an entry-level pre-competitive training environment and will learn four competitive swim strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly) from an experienced swim coach.

The Junior Lifeguard Club (JLC) offers a unique aquatic alternative to traditional test-sheet-based aquatic programs and is independent of traditional award progressions. JLC is for quick learners and those between levels or programs who thrive in an energetic learning environment. Members can be any age between 8 and 15 years.
