Tribe Team Training Programs
The JCC offers three fantastic TRIBE programs throughout the year. A new Tribe™ season is released every 6 weeks with new exercises, new music and new workout formulas. At TRIBE Team Training™ you never repeat a workout meaning you will achieve more. Become fitter, faster, stronger!
TribeFIT is designed to bring you strength, endurance and full functional conditioning, regardless of fitness or experience. With TRIBE Team Training you never repeat a workout twice meaning you will achieve more. You will become fitter, faster and stronger. TribeFIT is a team training program that will help you set your goals, monitor your progress and fuel your drive, keeping you challenged and motivated to ensure you reach your fitness aspirations!
TribeLIFE combines aerobic movement; low impact functional strength exercises that are not strenuous on the joints as well as core and mobility exercises. It is a complete workout that will make you functionally fit! It will ensure you maintain the correct intensity during workouts to decrease body fat, increase energy levels, achieve cardiovascular fitness and increase functional strength for whatever challenge life throws at you!
TribeCORE is a core training program intelligently designed to bring toning, strength, stability and power to your core. It trains the muscles around your back, belly, bum and shoulders, starting from the deep torso muscles to leave you with a stronger waistline and firm strong body. TribeCORE also incorporates mobility and stability training to achieve structural longevity and powerful pain free movement.

“I was in my early 30’s with a 9-5 desk job, I had back pain and poor posture. I worked out 2-3 times/week at the JCC and really wasn’t achieving any of my goals.
