Swim Team

This course is pre-competitive. Participants entering this course are swimmers that wish to experience a pre-competitive training environment with an experienced swim instructor.

Introduction to swim competition mechanics in a supportive environment focusing on skill development over competition. Participants will be part of an entry level pre-competitive training environment. Participants will be learning 4 competitive swim strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly) from an experienced swim instructor.

Recommendation:
Swim Kids 10 or above
Goggles and swim cap

This course is not a "learn to swim" program.

Spring program registration will launch on March 15th, 2023.
