Certifications:
International Sports Science Association Certified Personal Trainer, Hockey Trainer - On and Off Ice, CPR/First Aid

Describe your Personal Training approach:
We all know how precious time is in our hectic lifestyles. My approach is "smart/efficient" training while in the gym. I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by creating custom workout programs to suit their individual needs. However, reaching our goals doesn't end in the gym. diet is extremely important and I am a believer in flexible dieting. I help my clients understand proper eating habits through "mathematical eating" (tracking macros). We can all indulge and enjoy the food we love in moderation without hindering our fitness goal and without feeling guilty.
