At the J, we offer exclusive signature group fitness classes. These classes have been curated to create a boutique programming experience. These are program-driven classes delivered by one of our rockstar instructors to create a motivating and results-oriented experience.

Studio Boxing Classes
Ready to rumble? Our studio boxing instructors will deliver a dynamic workout using progressive boxing and exercise training techniques to bring out the champion in you. With a combination of boxing and functional fitness, you're in for a kick-butt workout!

Our signature classes are designed to achieve elevated heart rates and lean muscle gains resulting in an excess of post exercise oxygen consumption or EPOC. To put it simply-you'll continue to burn calories post-workout!
Box & Bell
The ultimate workout featuring the perfect mix of high intensity boxing combos and strength training. This class will build strength, sculpt your body and help improve your overall fitness.

Studio Cycle Classes
Switch off. Just ride. Whether you're a new rider or an experienced cyclist, our Studio Cycle instructors will get your heart pumping with sprints, hills, intervals and everything in between to keep you on the edge of your saddle.

Strength & Conditioning Classes
Participation in Strength & Conditioning classes will result in sculpted shoulders, toned triceps, chiselled back and abs, firm glutes and more! Build a lean, strong, and powerful body with dumbbell and barbell workouts featuring high rep/low weight, low rep/high weight and everything in between.

In our signature classes you will use a variety of strength modalities that include barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and medicine balls to help you increase your absolute strength.

Create a strong, athletic, and powerful body using heavier weights than any other strength and conditioning class. You will be coached to improve your form and technique with barbells and dumbbells to achieve your desired fitness goals. You will sculpt your body and leave each class feeling stronger and more powerful than ever.

Athletic Classes
Find your inner athlete with our athletic classes, designed to build lean muscle, burn calories, and improve your cardio through full body movements and metabolic conditioning.

Burn X
The most effective way to define and sculpt your body. 20-25 minutes of Tabata Cardio Training combined with 20-25 minutes of strength work using dumbbells and barbells.

Mind & Body Classes
Breathe and rebalance. Slow down the pace while moving in sync with your breath. Connect to yourself before taking on the day or unwinding after a long work week.
