Bringing 33 years of experience, Lorie is a highly skilled ACSM, CanFitPro, and ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist. Her expertise spans back/spine dysfunction to golf fitness, prioritizing a client-centered approach for sustainable results.

A champion of wellness, Joy specializes in nutrition and weight loss. Certified by CPTN and Canfit Pro, she is also skilled in kickboxing, active aging, and post-rehabilitation. Her personal journey into fitness during pregnancy now fuels her mission to support clients in achieving holistic health.
