Our Boxing classes are led by former 3x Olympic Coach and Russian Boxing Ambassador Boris Gitman, as well as his former student and Canadian Champion, Jonathan Bochner.
Join Coaches Boris and Jonathan for up to 4 great workouts each week that will push you beyond your mental and physical limits!
This program is featured in our newly renovated Combat Studio that includes a full size Boxing Ring, 7 Heavy Bags, 1 Aqua Bag, 2 Speed Bag Platforms, 2 Wall Pads, 2 Double End Bags and over 1000 sq ft of functional training space!

The sport of Boxing has been recognized as one of the best workouts for you as it factors in all the major muscle groups and gives you a unique full body workout. Increase both your stamina and cardiovascular strength while also becoming more coordinated and tactical with your body movements.
Boxing is not only great for the many physical benefits that it has to offer but also for the self confidence you will gain by learning and mastering a new skill. We have had lots of feedback over the past year from both kids and adult participants that the skills they have learned in their boxing classes have also translated to a greater sense of self confidence in their day to day lives when it comes to dealing with adversity.

One of the most unique aspects to the JCC Boxing club is that we welcome all levels of experience. Whether you have been boxing for many years and are looking for a new place to train, or you are simply interested in trying it out for the first time, our coaches will make sure that you are instructed and guided at an appropriate pace. The overall group training experience has always been directly connected to the culture of boxing with the desire to achieve individual goals as a team!
Boxing Weekly Schedule
This club is an ongoing monthly program with no stoppages.
Participants can join, freeze or cancel at any point throughout the calendar year.
